Cyber Jump

Privacy Policy

Applies to the Cyber Jump app (com.madpoof.flappypoof) and cyberjump.kitsuiwebster.com · Effective September 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Cyber Jump ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you play Cyber Jump or visit cyberjump.kitsuiwebster.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & gameplay data

When you create an account in the game (email/password, or sign-in with Google, Discord or Apple), we collect:

  • Username, email address and country/state
  • Password, stored encrypted — only for email/password accounts
  • Your avatar image, if you set one
  • Gameplay data: best score, games played, tokens, ranked MMR and match results
  • Items you own: skins, trails and jump sounds
  • Friends and pending friend requests
  • Leaderboard entries, daily ranks and run history
  • Notification device tokens and gameplay analytics events

2.2 Purchases

If you buy tokens, skins or other items, Google Play processes the payment. We keep a record of the transaction identifier, product purchased, date and amount — see §6 for how long.

2.3 Automatically collected information

When you visit cyberjump.kitsuiwebster.com or play the game, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type and operating system
  • Referring URLs, access times and pages viewed
  • Device identifiers and crash/telemetry data from the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account, and keep your progress in sync
  • Run the leaderboard, ranked matches and friends features
  • Process purchases and prevent fraud or cheating
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Improve the game and the website, and monitor usage patterns
  • Protect against unauthorized access to our services

4. Cookies

cyberjump.kitsuiwebster.com is a static site and does not set tracking cookies of its own. The leaderboard on the homepage is loaded directly from our backend (see §5); your browser may still send it standard request metadata such as your IP address.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third parties to operate Cyber Jump:

  • Supabase — authentication, database and backend hosting
  • Google, Discord, Apple — optional sign-in providers
  • Google Play Billing — payment processing for in-app purchases

These providers only access your data to perform their specific task and may not use it for any other purpose.

6. Data Retention

We retain in-app purchase records (transaction identifier, product purchased, date and amount) for 10 years for accounting, tax and refund obligations, and because Google Play requires it to handle chargebacks and refunds. This record no longer identifies you once your account is deleted.

Anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as total games played across all players) may also be retained, as they contain no personal data.

Backups are rotated on a 30-day cycle, so deleted data may persist in an encrypted backup for up to 30 days before being overwritten.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Rectify inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and data — see our Account Deletion page
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in §11.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
